Life is hard and taking the first step to reach out to a therapist is harder.  I understand this and use that first interaction to start building a relationship because I believe the relationship is most important part of bringing about the positive change you are hoping to achieve.  I strive to build an environment where you will feel comfortable and at ease to share your thoughts, ideas, and troubles in a safe place.  Through collaboration with you,  I will push you to explore what prevents you from being where you want to be in life and develop a plan to help you reach your personal goals.  I can't promise it will be easy, but I can promise I'll be there with you through the process.
